Homemade Tasty Peanut Chicken Noodles Recipe

Peanut chicken noodles are the best recipe for noodle lovers. This is basically a noodle dish, but with Peanuts and chicken make it rich fat dish. As we cook noodles in many different ways so, here is the recipe for this special dish and create a new flavor of taste.

Ingredients

 

  • 250g: rice noodles (packed)
  • 1 pound: boneless chicken
  • 1 teaspoon: red pepper powder
  • 2 handfuls: bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons:   sweet chili sauce
  • 4 tablespoons: soy sauce
  • 4: onion slices
  • 50 grams: peanuts (chopped)
  • 20grams: fresh coriander sling

 

Directions:

 

  • First, open the noodles pack and Cook according to instructions mention in the pack.In between, put the fresh chicken and pepper in the dish.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Now drain the noodles and keep in a bowl.
  • Stir through the bean sprouts.
  • Now, fluff up the soy sauce and chili sauce.
  • Mix noodles, chicken, pepper and spring onions.
  • It is almost done, just spread out over the crushed peanuts and garnish with coriander leaves.

Just serve the dish hot. You can add some ketchup to taste. Peanut is one of the word healthiest food.

Easy Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe



Garlic Lemon Chicken is quite easy recipe that can be made within just half an hour and you can plan it for a weeknight meal. The chicken pieces marinated with lemon, salt and chili powder is slow cooked and garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Try this yummy Indian non veg recipe.

 

Ingredients

  • 200gms - Boneless chicken
  • 8 Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons - Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons - Butter
  • 1 teaspoon - Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon - Pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon - Coriander leaves
  • Pinch - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste


Directions

  • Clean chicken with normal water and chop it into small cubes.
  • Take a mixing bowl and add chicken pieces, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice, butter.
  • Mix them well and keep it aside for about 10 minutes.
  • Place a pan on flame and add butter to it.
  • When the butter is melted, add chopped garlic pieces and saute them for few seconds.
  • Add marinated chicken pieces and cook them on medium flame.
  • Add chili powder and mix it well with chicken pieces.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Drizzle few drops of water over the chicken if required.
  • Grease the baking pan with butter and place the fried chicken pieces in it.
  • Bake it in oven for about 5 minutes under 350 degrees F.
  • Remove it from oven and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
